The aim of coaching and therapy is to help you decide what is the right response for you, to choose it and then to act on it.
In BWRT we ask the client to decide how they would like to feel about something. The only conditions are that what they choose must be possible, plausible and fair.
Then we help them swap the way they feel now for the way they would like to feel instead.
It’s positive, liberating and powerful.
